State Child Support Office Recognizes County Child Support Program Achievements

On Thursday, March 14th the California Department of Child Support Services (CA DCSS) presented 39 awards to local child support agency (LCSA) directors for program performance achievements. This year’s awards not only focused on the consistency and reliability of support to families but also recognized significant improvements in other key measurements of service delivery. Awards were based on federal fiscal year (FFY) 2014 data—the date when baselines were set for using Practice Indicators (PIs) to measure performance—through FFY 2018.
