A Pioneering Approach
California Department of Child Support Services (CA DCSS) is pleased to announce the release of three long-anticipated trainings about the Complaint Resolution Tracking System, Complaint Resolution Process, and State Hearings. In a pioneering approach, the three modules were released to Child Support University (CSU) on November 14th with instructions for local child support agency (LCSA) staff to view the modules over a four-week period, formulate questions, and send them to StatewideTraining@dcss.ca.gov for DCSS subject matter experts to address during a live webinar on December 11, 2018 from 10:00-11:30AM. Housed in CSU’s “Specialized” category, we have confidence you will find the training content both interesting and informative!
